Marketing manager
Hands on marketeer with fluent writing style and creative mindset.
Your Responsibilities:
Activation:
- You take an active role in the European marketing activities, in both planning and execution
- Action on the operational plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Creation, translation and adaptation of sales tools both for Building route-to-market as Packaging route-to-market.
- Creation of communication tools to customers – copy & visuals (e.g. brochure, newsletters, social media posts, website, fair booth …) in close collaboration with the Vertical category managers and the Global Marketing Manager.
- Support the analysis of data for the relevant KPI’s (e.g. white spot analysis)
- Take the global lead on the implementation of digital communication strategies
Innovation:
- Detection of new product opportunities, business case building, successfully launching novelties
Your profile:
- You are hands-on and feel comfortable in a no nonsense culture.
- You combine a master’s degree with 3-5 years’ experience in a hands on marketing role.
- You are able to enthuse people for new ideas and campaigns
- You have experience with the set-up of Digital campaigns sa Leadgen campaigns
- You work in a structured way and consider meeting deadlines as a matter of course.
- You have a long-term vision and succeed in bringing structure and change with added value tailored to the organization.
- You have good communication skills and move smoothly between various branches and departments.
- Team player who is motivated to support colleagues
- You are willing to travel sporadically within Europe.
- You have excellent knowledge of English (both written as spoken).
- Knowledge of Adobe CS is a plus.
