Marketing manager

Hands on marketeer with fluent writing style and creative mindset.

Your Responsibilities:

Activation:

You take an active role in the European marketing activities, in both planning and execution
Action on the operational plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
Creation, translation and adaptation of sales tools both for Building route-to-market as Packaging route-to-market.
Creation of communication tools to customers – copy & visuals (e.g. brochure, newsletters, social media posts, website, fair booth …) in close collaboration with the Vertical category managers and the Global Marketing Manager.
Support the analysis of data for the relevant KPI’s (e.g. white spot analysis)
Take the global lead on the implementation of digital communication strategies

Detection of new product opportunities, business case building, successfully launching novelties

You are hands-on and feel comfortable in a no nonsense culture.
You combine a master’s degree with 3-5 years’ experience in a hands on marketing role.
You are able to enthuse people for new ideas and campaigns
You have experience with the set-up of Digital campaigns sa Leadgen campaigns
You work in a structured way and consider meeting deadlines as a matter of course.
You have a long-term vision and succeed in bringing structure and change with added value tailored to the organization.
You have good communication skills and move smoothly between various branches and departments.
Team player who is motivated to support colleagues
You are willing to travel sporadically within Europe.
You have excellent knowledge of English (both written as spoken).
Knowledge of Adobe CS is a plus.
